Deltek Acumen Fuse Diagnostics Video
We recently published an article that shows you how to run a schedule diagnostic using Deltek Acumen Fuse Diagnostics.
The Acumen Fuse tool is a one-stop shop for much of your schedule analysis during the development of a schedule. You can use diagnostics for double-checking the quality of your schedule and to preempt any negative situations before submitting your final baseline.
A topic for another article will be Acumen’s risk analysis capabilities. This is another important step in the process of developing a robust baseline.
Overall, Deltek Acumen is already proving to be a strong asset for any project management office or project controls team. And this is particularly true if you are involved in any earned value management programs.
In this video, we will be focusing on using Deltek Acumen to analyze a schedule using the Schedule Quality setting in the Diagnostics tab.
It’s also worth noting that while not covered in detail this video, you can also do a standard DCMA 14 assessment analysis once you have a schedule loaded. You can even do an earned value DCMA 14 point assessments. This helps you evaluate your schedules readiness for baselining in an earned value program. These and other items will be the subject of some future video blogs (Vlogs) and training courses.
