Bob Rodgers has over 38 years of practical Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and training experience. Bob’s experience includes compliance and maturity assessments, gap analysis, IBR preparation and conduct, surveillance reviews, business process development, software implementation, training and project/engagement management.
He has performed a variety of roles including Manager-Planning, Scheduling and Cost Control and EVM Focal Point for Emerson Electric Electronics and Space Corp, McDonnell Douglas Astronautics Corporation and Boeing Proprietary Missiles.
