Any person expecting to be involved or supporting those involved in an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR)
Purpose and Description
An IBR will most likely be an intimidating and stressful experience for any person not well prepared for the event. Our IBT training class will mitigate all such concerns by providing a thorough insight into the process. In addition, it will prepare the participants for all the likely questions and tactics employed during an Integrated Baseline Review.
Our IBR training course curriculum is prepared by veteran practitioners who have lived through numerous Integrated Baseline Reviews in a variety of roles from Control Account Manager (CAM) to program manager. This puts them in a unique position where they can provide considerable context, superb coaching and firsthand knowledge. This will prove invaluable to participants whatever their role in the process might be.
