Adrega PI supports viewing project reports in a “Dynamic Dashboard”. The “Report Bundle” feature is used to configure reports that users want to see displayed in the Dashboard. The Dashboard is ideal for use by managers or other consumers of project data as the reports are “On Demand” and display the latest project data immediately changes to a project are saved in Adrega.
Dashboard specific “Report Bundles can easily be created with reports tailored for display of project data in the Dashboard in a meaningful and intuitive way.
All Graphical report types including the Trend report type as well as tabular project information and project performance (period and cumulative) can be displayed in the Dashboard along with Gantt Charts. The range of features associated with Dashboard reports is extensive.
As you see in below, the tabular report types support “Drill-Down” directly in the report widget.
Below shows a Dashboard report set configured to include a performance Gantt report for labour units. The Gantt report is interactive supporting a number of features including:
- Drill down expand and collapse level
- Switch to a new layout/view from within the report widget

Dashboard Report Display Options
An option in the Dashboard supports the setting of default report bundles to load when the dashboard is opened. In addition the user can also select one or more bundles “On the Fly” and override the default setting. The user can control the page layout by selecting one of 18 options that changes the number of reports that can be displayed per page.
Page navigation is supported where the numbers of reports displayed are spread over multiple pages. Additional options are available to hide/show report legends, and moving the mouse over chart objects, data values for the object are displayed in a text box.
All reports support maximizing and minimizing and for all reports it is possible to capture the currently selected report and save as a PNG file.
The dynamic nature of the Adrega Dashboard feature is ideal for all users and provides access to focused project data “On Demand”. For many users the Dashboard removes the need to access the Reporting module, as the reports available via the Dashboard are all they will need.
The Dashboard is especially useful for group meetings when reviewing project status. Each project to be reviewed can be set up with the same set of standard reports and displayed for example on a single page in the Dashboard. As each project is reviewed the reports for the project can be displayed as the status for each project is discussed.
Dashboard reports can be easily configured to reflect the type of data required by different groups within the organization. The ability to target the consumers of data in this way adds significant value to the Adrega Primavera P6 reporting solution, using functionality that is simple to use and quick and easy to configure.
