
Evaintheuk, known as EVA#32, will be held on 22 May 2025 at the prestigious Armourers’ Hall, Moorgate. 81 Coleman St, London EC2R 5BJ.
EVA#32 is an independent conference founded by Steve Wake in 1996. It is aimed at Middle and Senior managers and Directors and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., culminating in a candlelit dinner at 6:30 p.m.
The theme for EVA #32 will be ‘The right people, right skills and right controls,’ focusing on addressing major project delivery in a volatile world. Over the course of the day, industry experts will make presentations and encourage delegates to participate. All presenters will be available throughout the conference for additional expert insights.

Helder Fernandes is a Senior Associate with Gardiner & Theobald. Helder is a Cost Intelligence Lead in the Energy sector. Sam Wenham is a Senior Associate with Gardiner & Theobald and a Cost Intelligence Lead in the Water sector.
Helder and Sam have developed strategies and frameworks for cost estimating to optimise the management of UK capital projects and portfolios. Helder and Sam will offer their insights on ‘Beyond Estimates: Leveraging Cost Intelligence to Future-Proof Projects.’


Andy Brown is the Group Chief Sustainability Officer at Anglican Water Ltd. He oversees the Anglican Water Board’s delivery of purpose: ‘ to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region through their commitment to Love Every Drop campaign.’ Andy will reveal insights into the campaign in his presentation, ‘What it takes to embed purpose in an organisation.’

Tim Banfield is the Director of Banfield Advisory Ltd and has spent over 30 years working in the Civil Service. Tim has had roles in the Cabinet Office as Head of Government Project Delivery Profession, within the National Audit Office, including security and defence. Annabelle Ransome-Williams is Program Director for the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), an Executive Agency of the Ministry of Defence (MOD).
Tim and Annabelle are Program Directors for AUKUS, the nuclear strategic submarine pathway for the UK, Australia, and the United States. They will discuss ‘Why managing by outcomes is different.’

Summary
