Deltek Product Updates will be available, allowing delegates to discover the enhancements recently released and those planned. These product update sessions will offer a unique opportunity to engage with Product Management, learn about upcoming product plans, ask questions, and provide feedback. Delissa De Leon, Team Lead, Sr Pncpl Supp Svcs, will present ‘Tips and Tricks to work Smarter in ComputerEase’. Delissa will offer practical tips, shortcuts, and underused functionality that make daily work smoother. Delissa will offer improvement ideas from navigation tricks to configuration suggestions.

Jane Williamson, Principal Consultant, will present ‘Unlock the Power of Ajera’s Manage Projects: What’s New and Why it Matters’. Jane will demonstrate Ajera’s Manage Projects application, walking through the latest 2025 enhancements that make this browser-based tool more powerful, intuitive, and essential than ever. Jane will discuss how, from real-time project visibility to streamlined billing workflows, you’ll see how Manage Projects helps PMs stay informed, accountable, and efficient. Kimberly Sheldon, CFO, AVT Simulation and Joshua Nowack, Consultant, Intra Management Solutions, will present ‘Power Boat Boost’.

Kimberley will introduce AVT, based in Orlando, FL, a specialized engineering and leadership company in the simulation industry. A premier small business systems integrator with a focus on Rotary/Fixed Wing Trainers, Augmented/Virtual/Mixed Reality, Maintenance Training and Custom Database Services. AVT required assistance in defining levels of responsibility and accountability. AVT needed a way to generate real, actionable metrics for leadership. Joshua undertook the task of upgrading their tools and processes to better align themselves for future success. AVT modified its process and procedures by utilizing Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, and Costpoint Reporting modules. The modernization has significantly improved its project management, leadership decisions and financial reporting accuracy.

A panel of PPM customers shares their stories, using case studies, best practices, and offers tips and tricks. They will share the lessons they learned from their journey, how they have managed compliance challenges, and what’s next for Earned Value Management.

Jarod Maloney, Sr. Solutions Engineer, will present ‘Secrets of Acumen: Simplify your workflow, Improve your results’.

Jarod will offer a walkthrough focusing on new and/or lesser-known features that can be used for evaluating project schedules and preparing them for a risk analysis. Jarod will reveal hidden and advanced features in Acumen to enhance proficiency for existing users and evaluate recent enhancements for prospective users. Jarod will provide schedule quality check features that detect and resolve issues that compromise the accuracy and reliability of the project schedule.

Robert Webster, Principal Consultant, Self-Employed, will present ‘Is PM Compass right for your Organization? The answer is always yes. Robert will demonstrate the functionality of PM Compass and explain how it can be effectively integrated into an organization. Robert will explain how PM Compass can add value. By examining each of the different areas of the software, Robert will provide specific solutions on how they can increase efficiency in the processes and day-to-day operations of organizational efforts.

Dawn Gajewski, Sr. Director, Product Management, will present Project Planning, Reimagined: What if Scenarios, Baseline Insights and Beyond.’ Dawn will explain how VantagePoint can test multiple project plan scenarios, evaluate change orders in isolation, and revisit the original baseline to track project evolution. Using real-world examples, Dawn will demonstrate practical applications and reveal the new multiple plans and multiple baselines features, showing how they support smarter planning and better project insights. Dawn will offer a preview of what’s next in Vantagepoint Resource Planning.

Heather Lark, Sr. Director, Product Management, will present ‘Looking Ahead: The future of ComputerEase & AI’. Heather will reveal a glimpse into AI for ComputerEase and explain how AI and intelligent automation are shaping the future of construction software. Heather will discuss the short-term and long-term vision for smarter workflows, predictive insights, and time-saving features designed to reduce manual effort across workloads.

Thomas Polen, Solutions Architect, will present ‘Risk for the Rest of Us-Deliver Excellence Risk Briefings without a PhD!’ Tom will help to demystify Risk inputs and reporting for all levels of experience. Tom will discuss the best methods of gathering inputs, including one vital prerequisite. Tom will examine risk assessments and gain consensus on the likely conclusions. By analyzing risk assessments interactively, Tom is equipping delegates to perform these functions in Acumen Risk, while empowering analysts to brief their teams using their own style.

Karlo Menoscal, President, Elixir Value Management Systems, will present ‘Surviving the shift: Adapting Project Controls to EIA-748 and FAR Evolution. ‘ Karlo will explain how the federal acquisition environment is undergoing significant transformation in 2025, with major updates to the Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR). Karlo will offer a comprehensive overview of these changes and their implications for contractors and program managers. Karlo will provide Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements as outlined in EIA-748, along with key revisions to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Bethany Holleran, User Experience Manager, will present ‘UX Unlocked: What We’re Working On for PPM’. Bethany will provide an interactive, practical session focused on the latest user experience updates being developed for PPM. Bethany will highlight the current UX improvements aimed at making daily workflows faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
