The Acumen UK User Group will meet on Tuesday September 6th 2016 from 1.30pm until 5pm to share their experiences of Deltek Acumen, ideas and best practices.It is being held at at The Old Ship Pub – 25 Upper Mall, Hammersmith, W6 9TD
There will be six presentations over four hours, which will allow for breaks and networking.
Dan Patterson the founder of Acumen and inventor of Deltek Fuse, 360 and Acumen Risk will give his thoughts on where the next generation of schedule analytics and forecasting tools are heading.
Simon Taylor, Head of Programme Planning for High Speed 2 will discuss NEC3 Contracts. He will be emphasizing the importance of data integrity to streamlining programme acceptance and contract management on this project.
Niall Faris from Bazalgette Tunnel Limited (part of the private consortium building the Thames Tideway Tunnel) will discuss his use of Acumen on bid analysis, scenario modeling and analysis of contractor schedules.
Sena Gbedmarah of Navigant will discuss quality reviews of projects, emphasizing delay analysis for dispute resolution.
Andrew Chillingsworth from Atkins Rail will give his thoughts on quality reviews of project schedules.
Rob Edwards, Phil Shatz and Maria Simonsen from Deltek will: –
- Look at resources available from Deltek including: video library, learning portal, white papers and case studies.
- Give an overview of version 7 – Looking at the latest enhancements.
- Show how to demonstrate the full suite in five minutes.
