Dashboard Report Display Options
An option in the Dashboard supports the setting of default report bundles to load when the dashboard is opened. In addition the user can also select one or more bundles “On the Fly” and override the default setting. The user can control the page layout by selecting one of 18 options that changes the number of reports that can be displayed per page.
Page navigation is supported where the numbers of reports displayed are spread over multiple pages. Additional options are available to hide/show report legends, and moving the mouse over chart objects, data values for the object are displayed in a text box.
All reports support maximizing and minimizing and for all reports it is possible to capture the currently selected report and save as a PNG file.
The dynamic nature of the Adrega Dashboard feature is ideal for all users and provides access to focused project data “On Demand”. For many users the Dashboard removes the need to access the Reporting module, as the reports available via the Dashboard are all they will need.
The Dashboard is especially useful for group meetings when reviewing project status. Each project to be reviewed can be set up with the same set of standard reports and displayed for example on a single page in the Dashboard. As each project is reviewed the reports for the project can be displayed as the status for each project is discussed.
Dashboard reports can be easily configured to reflect the type of data required by different groups within the organization. The ability to target the consumers of data in this way adds significant value to the Adrega Primavera P6 reporting solution, using functionality that is simple to use and quick and easy to configure.
