The Project Challenge Spring Show 2019 is being held on March 21st 2019. This event is aimed at Project Management and offers project support when managing projects, programs, processes and resources effectively and efficiently.
Project Challenge Spring Show 2019 isn’t industry specific and all levels of delegates are accommodated. Industry experts will present tools and insights on how to improve business performance and planning processes so that projects large or small are successful.
The venue for Project Challenge will be the iconic Olympia Exhibition Centre, Hammersmith Road, Kensington, London, W14 8UX.
Project Challenge Spring Show 2019 will divide their venue into different zones: Case Studies and Expertise Zone, Masterclass and Expertise Zone, Learning and Professional Development, Solutions Planning Controls Zone as well as networking opportunities through Flashmob and an Exhibitors Showcase. Project Challenge Spring Show 2019 will be offering over 40 free presentations in these open zones all you have to do is find a chair and enjoy.
Case Studies and Expertise Zone
This zone is designed to give attendees key insights into project implementation. Using real life examples Project Management experts will offer delegates a review of their successes and best practices.
Ken Burrell, consultant for Pragmatic PMO Ltd. Ken will offer his insights on his personal experiences “Learning Lessons from Projects: Pitfalls and Pointers”
Fergal Collins Is Head of the Progam Management Office (PMO) for Tusla, Ireland. Fergal was recognized for Excellence at the Ireland Chapter Project Management awards. Fergal will offer his insights on “The Design and Establishment of a PMO and the need for an IT Platform.”
Master Class and Solutions Zone
This Zone is designed to look closely at the key drivers and best strategies for success. Industry experts will be on hand to provide the answers for ensuring operational excellence in project management so that organizations are driven forward.
Barry Muir is Managing Director of Innate Management Systems Ltd. Barry will offer his insights on “Balancing Skills Capacity with Demand, in a Volatile Multi-Project Environment.”
Lindsay Scott is Director of Arras People and founder of PMO Flashmob. Lindsay will offer her insights on PMO KPI’s, Metrics and Measures.”
Melanie Franklin is Director of Agile Change Management Ltd. Melanie, a recognized thought leader in change Management will offer her insights on “Managing Change Overload.”
Learning and Professional Development
This Zone is designed to offer Project Management professionals the opportunity to embrace various training initiatives to help them advance in their careers. Coaches and professional development specialists and trainers will lead this Zone.
Paul Bradley is Managing Director of SPOCE. Paul will review “PRINCE2 in 40 minutes.”
Solutions Planning and Controls Zone
This zone is designed to take a close look at some of the latest tools and techniques used in project control. Areas that will be covered include:
- Cost estimation/ engineering
- Earned Value Management
- Risk management/assessment
- Document Control
- Supplier performance measurement
The PMO Flashmob is a networking group; a learning and social meet up group with PMO’s at the heart of it. They host events that bring together PMO practitioners from different locations around the UK. They are a supportive group of people who want to share tips and tricks to improve performance in the work place. They also provide PMO- Mini Master classes, lectures, workshops or seminars, which are approximately two hour evening sessions and a guest speaker, is often invited. These sessions are recorded for the benefit of group members who are unable to attend.
Showcase of Exhibitors
Over 30 companies will demonstrate their software/solutions, offering tips on their products. Many of the vendors will be offering hands on interactive sessions with delegates.
