Project Challenge is holding its’ free annual two-day event at the Olympia Exhibition Center, Hammersmith Rd, London W14 8UX on March 22nd through March 23rd.
This event will showcase education and training, computer hardware and software and will look at projects, programmes and resources. There will be around sixty leading organisations exhibiting and over thirty inspirational seminars. Practical experience will be on hand for attendees through shared knowledge and networking.
The Exhibition centre will be divided into a variety of zones: Case Studies and Expertise Zone, Master Class Solutions Zone, Learning and Professional Development Zone and Planning Controls Zone. Below are samples of the guest speakers from each zone: –

Michael Parker – Associate Director Gleeds will discuss Performance management, using their new Performance improvement model “LEAD” which helps to drive projects using resources and accountability.
Master Class – Solutions Zone
Melanie Franklin- Director, Agile Change Management Ltd. will review the four most important skills for change, understanding resistance to change, assessing the impact, planning transition and assessing readiness.
Ivan Lloyd – CEO of Corporate Project Solutions will demonstrate PPM tools. Displaying how flexible and beneficial Microsoft Project Online with PS+ tools are.
Learning and Professional Development Zone
Nick Houlton Chief Operating Officer for APMG International will discuss the future of Project Management and the professional accreditation needed for new Project Managers.
Karen Swanston of the ILX Group will hold a training session for PRINCE2. She will review the basic framework offering some quick hints and tips for this software.
Solutions, Planning and Controls Zone
Andrew Hudson CEO of Change Director will explore how to improve productivity. Discover new ways of driving productivity in your organisation.
Malcolm West Managing Director of PROJECT in a box will give his insight on how developing your organisations Maturity will help establish firm footings, using the P3M3 framework to assess maturity and then identifying how you can improve upon it. He will also provide helpful tools, which will enable you to develop your own Maturity.
