Tim has twenty years of program and project management experience with a focus on delivering results. Tim’s success has come from his ability to quickly comprehend complex problems and apply that knowledge to increase the chances of success. This is the skill that allowed him to identify the market need for better schedule analysis tools ending in the development of Acumen Fuse, streamline the business management process of the Booz Allen NextGen PMO to absorb a 40% reduction in funding while still delivering the same outputs leading to the U.S. Navy requesting his expanded Baseline Review support for the Integrated Warfare Systems Project Executive Office.
He has executed roles across the Program Management Offices (PMO) throughout the project life cycle including implementing PMO’s, Project Controls Lead, Earned Value Analysis and Scheduler for a variety of federal clients. More recently, Tim has provided strategic consulting, training and program assessment services for clients. In this role, he has facilitated over 20 Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), served as a Subject Matter Expert for the General Accountability Office (GAO) and developed policy documents for the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA).
He recently held the chair for the Earned Value Professional certification offered by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. In addition, his work with PMO’s, Tim has developed and delivered multiple project management applications still in use today at leading DoD contractors.
Tim has worked with clients including the US Coast Guard, US Navy, Department of Homeland Security CIO, Federal Aviation Administration, National Aeronautics and Space Agency, Boeing, NASSCO, Continental Marine and Raytheon Systems.
Tim has experience working with Deltek’s Cobra, Open Plan and wInsight, MS Project and Primavera.
