One of the biggest events in the EVM (Earned Value Management) calendar is EVM World 2014. This years event is being held at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio, Texas on May 21 – May 23, 2014.
This years event breaks down into the following four key areas:
Experts offering EVM training classes that ranging from basic to intermediate to advanced topics.
Practice Symposia covers many topics including discussions on lessons learned and applying best practices when implementing EVM.
The Workshops are designed as a great opportunity to share and discuss with peers new and emerging practices and techniques within the industry. Conversations here can emerge into new methods and techniques in the future.
Tools and Services
The Tools and Services track is a great way to hear from the tool vendors directly on the new enhancements, technologies and roadmaps for their products. Our friends from Deltek are sponsoring this event so we can expect a good presence from their Integrated Program Management (IPM) team and a great opportunity to hear from their product experts.
